Services our company provides includes process operation and insertion of tasks related to the management system called “Corretor on-line”.
Previous assessment efforts will take place based on a careful study of tasks the Insurance Broker staff performs. It is done by means of interpersonal interviews based on the company current organizational framework.
We will produce reports and flow charts to describe the insurance broker situation, which we name “CURRENT STATUS”. From this starting report, we will meet with company managers to present the suggested actions. This joint evaluation will give raise to a new report we call “PROPOSED STATUS”.
After a definition is accomplished between parties, we will present what we call NEW MODEL.
There are three ways to deploy this NEW MODEL as follows:
Offered service model
The following models consist of deployment of Insurance Broker organizational program including application and/or fit of corrective measures to process flow management, specific training to staff and maximization of these software applications in “Corretor on-line” system.
1º) Model 1 – Operating deployment and management process services:
In this model, we will provide the Insurance Broker with all information required to deployment of previously designed processes so both the company and its employees can run and audit them in a daily basis. This process will take a minimum three-month schedule.
2º) Model 2 – Operating deployment and operating follow-up and management process services:
In this model, we will deploy the previously designed processes so both the company and its employees can run them while Sistemas Seguros starts auditing them for the time period the Insurance Broker sets. This process will take a minimum six-month schedule.
3º) Model 3 – Operating deployment and full operating follow-up and management process services:
In this model, we will deploy the previously designed processes and they will be run by Sistemas Seguros staff, who will use the Insurance Broker physical structure to accomplish it, as well as perform weekly audit of works and management of operation progress for a time period set by the Insurance Broker. This process will take a minimum twelve-month schedule.

- Hardcopy receiving management (policy and endorsement copies);

- Following-up submission and forward of documents to customers;
- Getting PDFs or scanned images of proposals, policies and endorsements;
- Matching PDFs and manually entered documents;
- Electronically archiving customers with matching invoices;
- Getting commission receipt electronic files;
- Commission receipt import through electronic interfaces;
- Checking divergences in commission electronic interfaces;
- Typing commission receipts for whom there is no interfaces;

Weekly Processes
- Management and responsible notification of:
- Non-issued proposals for longer than 15 days;
- Hardcopies the Insurance Broker didn’t receive;
- Customers who didn’t receive policy or endorsement;
- Invoices missing insurer lists;
- Invoices missing entry lists;
- Late commission payments (more than 5 days);
- Past due, non-renewed policies;
- Quotes pending longer than 5 days;
- Result assessment, production analysis, and forwarding of them to people in charge;
- Reports for pending proposals, late commission payments and not-renewed documents;
Monthly Processes
- Monthly Production Closing related to proposal register;
- Generation of Susep’s Proposal Official Register;
- Performance of due and non-renewed policy checking routine;
- Printing due and non-renewed policy list and forwarding to people in charge;
- Checking renewable policy lists in the Insurance Companies’ websites;
- Export of renewable policies to quotes;
- Separating and forwarding renewable policy reports to people in charge;
- Generation of new invoice orders;
- Generation of pending receipt protocols of insurers and entry lists;
- Closing received commissions to tax computation;
- Result assessment, production analysis, and forwarding of them to people in charge;
